Last Updated: 16/10/2025
These Terms of Service apply to all bookings and services provided through Injury To Performance. By booking or attending any session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
All services provided are non-medical energy healing and coaching sessions intended to support general wellbeing, including physical recovery support, emotional balance, and personal development.
These services are complementary in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
You acknowledge that energy healing is not a regulated medical treatment in the UK.
2. Medical Disclaimer
You understand and agree that:
These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition
You are responsible for seeking professional medical advice where appropriate
You will not delay or discontinue medical treatment based on any session or guidance received
Any participation is at your own discretion and responsibility
3. Eligibility
By booking a session, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if applicable)
You are medically and mentally fit to participate in a non-clinical wellness session
You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing decisions
4. Bookings and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and not automatically rescheduled
6. Refund Policy (Conditional)
Refunds are not automatic and are strictly conditional upon full participation.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Attend all scheduled sessions in full
Actively participate during each session
Follow all agreed guidance, exercises, and recommendations
Communicate openly if you experience challenges implementing the work
Submit a refund request within any agreed timeframe (if applicable)
If any of these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are based on participation and compliance, not guaranteed outcomes.
7. Results Guarantee (Where Offered)
Where a guarantee is explicitly stated, it is strictly conditional and applies only if you:
Attend all scheduled sessions
Fully engage during sessions
Consistently follow all guidance provided
Complete any agreed practices or integration work between sessions
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will void the guarantee.
No guarantee promises identical results for every individual, as outcomes vary based on personal factors.
8. Client Responsibility
By using these services, you agree that:
You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
You understand that results vary between individuals
You will apply guidance to the best of your ability
You will communicate honestly about your progress and challenges
You will not rely on these services as a substitute for medical care
9. No Guarantees
While many clients experience positive benefits, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Your results depend on your individual circumstances, consistency, openness, and implementation of guidance.
10. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential.
Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or where there is a safeguarding concern.
11. Recording of Sessions
Sessions are not recorded unless mutually agreed in advance.
If recording is used for quality, training, or review purposes, consent will be obtained beforehand.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Injury To Performance accepts no liability for:
Any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in services
Decisions made based on guidance or sessions provided

You agree that you are solely responsible for your own choices and actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Injury To Performance, its affiliates, and practitioners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services or breach of these Terms.
14. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if:
There is a breach of these Terms
There is abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour
Continued work is not considered appropriate or safe
15. Governing Law
